Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Facilities Manager, overseeing the management and maintenance of our facilities.

This position requires strong experience in building/facilities management environments, with proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a system capturing all work orders for the site, allocating work orders to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are met, preparing and reviewing invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval, responding to reported issues and coordinating efficient responses, overseeing maintenance and support staff carrying out maintenance works, managing contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs and client expectations, and identifying, monitoring, and reporting hazards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a system capturing all work orders for the site
  • Allocate work orders to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are met
  • Prepare and review invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval
  • Respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient responses
  • Oversee maintenance and support staff carrying out maintenance works
  • Manage contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs and client expectations
  • Identify, monitor, and report hazards across the site

Requirements:

  • Strong experience or exposure to building/facilities management environments
  • Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities
