Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple venues, ensuring consistency in brand, service, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a multi-site or high-volume operations management role in hospitality, retail or travel retail. They will possess strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, guide, and motivate diverse teams.

A commercial mindset is essential, with experience in cost control and sales growth. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple venues
  • Drive financial performance through smart sales analysis, cost management, and forward planning
  • Lead, coach, and develop venue managers and their teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations across all sites

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume operations management role in hospitality, retail or travel retail
  • Strong people leadership skills — able to coach, guide, and motivate diverse teams
