Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead the delivery and adoption of internal systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of Managed Services and the needs of mid-tier clients. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering internal systems and automation projects, with a proven track record of growing and mentoring teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Leadership: Develop and implement the roadmap for internal platforms, guide project managers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and coach a team of engineers, support their growth through structured feedback and personal development planning.
  • Adoption & Change: Implement effective change management strategies to ensure solutions are adopted.
  • Evaluation & Decision Making: Assess whether to customise, extend, or replace existing systems, and make value-based decisions.

The successful candidate will have commercial focus, technical fluency with APIs, integration design, and security best practices. They will also possess a clear strategy for driving adoption and have experience with platforms like Power Automate, UiPath, Azure OpenAI, or ConnectWise ecosystem.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Team performance: Engage the team with low staff turnover.
  • Feature adoption: Achieve at least 85% of intended users actively using new features within 90 days of release.
  • Return on investment: Deliver each project with a clear, measurable benefit within 12 months.
  • Sprint delivery: Complete at least 85% of planned work each sprint.
