Our team is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives. To make this a reality, we rely on the skill and commitment of our Support Workers.

We currently have opportunities for Casual and Part-time Support Workers within VIC. Our Support Workers are directly responsible for providing day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development to our Customers. They provide a range of community living services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

When working with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support that enables our Customers to live independently and achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle essential
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including days, evenings, sleepovers, and weekend shifts
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • Ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • Capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job, including manual handling tasks
  • Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination doses
