Job Overview

• We are seeking Support Workers to provide in-home support services to valued customers.
• As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
• Accompany customers on outings, transport them to medical appointments, and assist with grocery shopping
• Perform light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Maintain effective communication with customers, family members, and other healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and their families
• Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps for rostering and customer notes
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check
• Proof of vaccination (where required)
• First Aid certification/CPR
• Current Australian Driver's License
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Smartphone with internet access
• Desirable qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
