Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our dynamic team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers.

Our ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care assistance to clients, including showering, dressing, grooming and medication management. They will also assist with domestic tasks such as laundry, meal preparation and light household cleaning.

Additionally, the Support Worker will transport clients to social activities, medical appointments and shopping trips, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and medication management
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as laundry, meal preparation and light household cleaning
  • Transporting clients to social activities, medical appointments and shopping trips
  • Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
  • Smart phone with internet access

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
