Support Mental Health Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to work with adults requiring support in their homes, including In Home Care and Community Access.

The role involves improving quality of life for people with minor and complex mental health needs. It requires a genuine passion for delivering person-centred support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing mental health support to clients in their homes

• Developing and implementing individualised plans to meet client needs

• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in mental health or a similar field, such as Psychology, Nursing, Community Services, Youth Work or Social Work

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual who is reliable, kind and caring

• Patient and understanding approach

• Well-presented and professional in your approach
