Dulux Colour Marketing Lead

This is a unique opportunity to combine marketing strategy with the world of colour and design, offering the chance to shape iconic programmes like the Colour Forecast and Colour Awards.

About You:

  1. Experience in marketing is essential, ideally with an interest or background in interiors or design.
  2. You must have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders.
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required.
  4. Creativity and flair for producing inspirational content aligned with brand identity are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will execute and champion Dulux's colour marketing strategy across trade and consumer audiences.
  2. You will drive brand storytelling through PR opportunities, media engagement, and editorial positioning.
  3. You will support university and tertiary engagement to build long-term advocacy for colour tools.
  4. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive colour initiatives.
  5. You will present to external audiences including media, industry professionals, and design communities.
