What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity to join the Product Planning & Development Division in a Max Term role for 12 months. The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all product activities to ensure new products meet the future needs of customers.
The Product Analyst role involves supporting the development of vehicle pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus, determining optimal model line-ups, and ensuring a compelling and competitive product offering. This includes determining vehicle specifications and features. The role focuses on maximising vehicle competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets throughout the model lifecycle.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements available.
Key responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, contributing to model line-up development, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining accurate pricing and product information, ensuring content accuracy, and process improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required, along with experience in marketing, product planning, and pricing, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, ability to adapt strategies, and develop innovative solutions are essential.
