National Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a data-driven professional to play a key part in maintaining the weekly production planning schedule, managing orders, and ensuring clear communication of both forecasted and actual movements to stakeholders.
About This Role:- Maintain the weekly production and planning schedule, effectively coordinating supply and demand.
- Communicate daily forecasts, estimates, and lockdown numbers to key stakeholders.
- Confirm production requirements and manage customer order updates.
- Manage SAP orders, aligning demand with supply.
- Oversee stock management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Provide accurate stock-on-hand reporting (daily and weekly).
- Share supply and order information with relevant teams.
- Communicate weekly forecasted closing stock levels to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with operations and sales staff to optimize production against sales plans.
- Support the National Demand Manager in improving supply and demand forecasts.
- Previous experience in production planning and familiarity with SAP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
