Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our National Supply Chain department. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to assist the team in planning, preparing, and processing international freight requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data to assist with preparation of freight metrics
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to collate information and data
  • Prepare and calculate findings to support effective freight options
  • Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient flow of incoming and outgoing stakeholder correspondence and information
  • Organise and update accurate costing functions and figures in the system for stakeholder use
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding details gathered
  • Support the National Supply Chain Freight Costing team
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience within Supply Chain operations and/or Logistics
  • Experience with international freight highly regarded
  • Prior experience using SAP and Coupa highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Demonstrated experience in data and information analysis
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and present creative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
