Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent management initiatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
  • Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations
