Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Support Staff Member. The successful applicant will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake routine and teacher assistant support tasks across a range of work areas within a Special School environment.
  • To work co-operatively and communicate effectively within a team environment with a wide range of individuals including students, teachers, other support staff, therapists, and parents.
  • To competently use technological devices/software to increase student outcomes.
Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated capacity to undertake routine and teacher assistant support tasks.
  2. Demonstrated capacity to work co-operatively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
  3. Demonstrated ability to competently use technological devices/software.

Working Conditions
