As a Home Care Support Worker, your role will involve offering domestic assistance, social support, and emotional care to clients who require help with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation for clients
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations to promote mental stimulation
  • Assist with household tasks and errands, ensuring clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

  • A current Australian driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle is required for this role
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per day between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work up to 20-30 hours per fortnight
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and paid training opportunities
