About the Role
This critical strategic role in the People Experience Team requires a contemporary professional with the capacity to deliver and develop workforce planning aligned with best practice. You will be responsible for shaping our contemporary approach to workforce planning, people systems, and reporting.
As the successful candidate, you will inspire, motivate, and engage in the management of your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equity. Your experience in using HR systems and reporting will support data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our organisational needs are met.
What We Are Seeking
- A leader who can drive innovation and change management, translating strategy into action.
- An experienced professional with tertiary qualifications in HR, OD, or a related field, able to manage changing priorities and competing tasks.
- A customer-focused individual who can engage across all levels of the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
