Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Environmental Services team on a fixed-term basis. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating various functions and assisting with quality and department KPIs.

About the Role:

The Environmental Services team provides cleaning, food services, and linen distribution across Ballarat for acute, sub-acute, residential, and psychiatric services. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, sound knowledge of cleaning and food services, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various functions
  • Assist with department day-to-day core duties
  • Assist with Quality and department KPIs
