**Job Description**

The role of a credit risk model governance specialist is crucial in ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of credit risk models. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust credit risk model governance framework that supports ongoing model monitoring.

Key responsibilities include managing ongoing monitoring of credit risk (retail & non-retail) models to establish and maintain 'best practice' risk management. This involves engaging with credit risk modellers, product risk managers, data and system teams, project teams, independent model validators, regulatory affairs teams, and group risk governance teams to stay up-to-date with the latest developments across the group.
