We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in South Australia and the Northern Territory. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention
  • Manage resources and team performance across SA/NT
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Use data analytics to identify market opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in sales management, including 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven ability to build and coach high-performing sales teams
  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing profit and loss and driving margin
  • Skilled in consultative selling and strategic planning
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
