About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor less experienced Speech Pathologists, providing high-quality clinical services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure clients receive high-quality clinical services.
  • Lead and manage a team of Speech Pathologists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience in clinical supervision and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
