Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure clients receive high-quality clinical services.
- Lead and manage a team of Speech Pathologists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Experience in clinical supervision and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
