Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Speech Pathology Services: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services to clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with other teams, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to ensure our services are evidence-based and of the highest quality.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology: A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field is required.
- Experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist is required.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
