We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team providing therapy to children and adults at our hubs or in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure clients receive high-quality clinical services.
- Work with a variety of clients as required, responding to client demand and adapting to their needs and NDIS plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Capacity to provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists.
- SPA registration essential.
- Experience supporting people with a disability using an evidence-based approach.
- Adaptable and 'can-do' attitude to adjust to client needs and their NDIS plans.
- Current driver's license and willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool vehicles provided).
