We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our innovative software and its features to provide exceptional support to our customers.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.
  • Take ownership of the client onboarding process, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor client health and engagement metrics, developing strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Drive product adoption and usage by providing guidance, training, and best practices to our clients.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and workloads are managed across all allocated onboarding setups.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent the voice of the client to internal teams, providing feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or professional account servicing role, preferably within a SaaS business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement software (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
