**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee the efficient flow of customer products and foster a safe working environment in our air logistics depot/warehouse site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, office operations, and information systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing processes.

  • Maintaining high standards of performance and productivity in warehouse operations.
  • Overseeing the selection, development, and motivation of warehouse employees.
  • Ensuring effective communication with staff, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) teams to minimize losses and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Initial experience in decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid Driver's License and Forklift License.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Servant leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
