Main Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Assist with designing menus that cater to residents' dietary requirements, considering their health conditions, dietary needs, and preferences.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals using fresh ingredients and following proper food handling and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meals meet high-quality standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes, making adjustments as needed based on resident feedback.
- Inventory & Budget Management: Manage kitchen stock levels efficiently, sourcing ingredients cost-effectively and minimizing food waste.
- Nutritional Analysis: Work with dietitians and nutritionists to analyze the nutritional content of meals, aiming to provide well-balanced and healthy options for residents.
