Our beach front cafe in Brighton, Victoria is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.
We are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers, and we need someone who shares our passion for providing high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Management: Plan and prepare menus that showcase the freshest ingredients and culinary skills.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with our team of chefs and support staff to deliver seamless service to our customers.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, from the moment they step into our cafe until they leave.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably with a Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- Availability: Weekend availability is essential, with flexibility to work part-time leading to full-time.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, good English proficiency, attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
