Operations Coordinator

Maas Group is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing job orders, and liaising with our sales team, factory engineering, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Job Order Management: Accurately create and maintain job orders for product and warranty, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer needs.
  • Liaison and Communication: Work closely with our sales team, factory engineering, and supply chain to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Administration: Handle customer enquiries, process orders, and perform administration duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Work Experience: Previous work in progress management and part interpretation would be an advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Some workshop knowledge or exposure to mobile equipment would be beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
