About the Role

We are seeking an individual to support and guide clients in achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, assessing job seeker skills, and providing pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling and training.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Evaluating client skills and abilities, identifying barriers to employment, and devising intervention strategies
  • In consultation with clients, developing and implementing work preparation and job seeking strategies, as well as tailored interventions and employment support activities
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organisational objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will be self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the Employment Services sector is advantageous but not essential.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to use computer systems effectively. You are also able to build rapport and grow/maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.

A current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one is required.
