Job Overview

The Senior Brand Manager will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies across a diverse portfolio, focusing on category growth, consumer engagement, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement brand plans that deliver measurable category growth, enhanced consumer engagement, and improved commercial results.
  • Lead strategic marketing campaigns across digital, shopper, social, and public relations channels, driving cohesive brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies, encompassing packaging design, retailer engagement, and distribution optimization.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with global and local brand partners, ensuring alignment, growth, and mutual success.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and ROI analysis to inform future strategy and drive business outcomes.
About You
  • Proven experience in brand management, FMCG marketing, or commercial roles, with a strong track record in brand strategy, execution, and innovation delivery.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, including sales, category, finance, and creative teams.
  • Ability to manage partner brands, P&L tracking, and joint marketing plans, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven decision making.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
