Geotechnical Investigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Investigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for conducting geotechnical investigations and providing technical support to project teams.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience in geotechnical site investigations and reporting.
You will have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A current Australian driver's license and White Card are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct geotechnical investigations and provide technical support to project teams
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation and specifications
- Undertake fieldwork, including drilling supervision, borehole logging, soil and rock testing and site inspections
- Conduct geotechnical testing such as DCP, Shear Vane, LWD and FWD
- Assist with tender and proposal preparation
- Participate in client and team meetings, contributing technical insight
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in geotechnical site investigations and reporting
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Australian driver's license and White Card
- Full Australian working rights
