Geotechnical Career Opportunity

This role involves delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions for complex infrastructure and building projects. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of technically sound and sustainable designs through detailed ground investigations, analysis, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage site investigation strategies, laboratory testing, and associated health and safety protocols
  • Conduct in-depth geotechnical analysis and design (e.g., foundations, retention systems, earthworks, seismic assessments) for buildings and infrastructure projects
  • Interpret ground conditions and prepare comprehensive technical reports and geotechnical documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose geotechnical solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff and contribute to team development and client relationship building
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with or working towards a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering) and eligibility for professional certification
  • 3-4 years experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a solid understanding of regional ground conditions
  • Proven ability to deliver geotechnical solutions using industry-standard software and engineering expertise
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
