Job Title: Personal Response Monitor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Response Monitor. This is a vital role within our organisation, responsible for providing an exceptional service to clients across Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be working across a 24-hour, 7-day rotating roster to respond to medical emergencies with urgency and calmness. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to maintain detailed records and provide critical support to clients, emergency services, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client needs, receiving and making outbound calls as required.
  • Maintain accurate data systems and order replacement units when necessary.
  • Participate in quality assurance and ongoing staff development programs.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment preferred.
