Safety Link is currently recruiting for the following positions within our call centre team:

1. Permanent Part Time - 28 hours per week Day & Afternoon shifts | Monitor - Safety Link
2. Casual 24/7 Rotational on-call shifts

About the Role

Join a dedicated team that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of individuals across diverse sectors. You'll provide essential support to a wide range of clients, including government-funded consumers, residents in retirement villages, community groups, private individuals living independently, and lone workers.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Coordinate with emergency services to ensure prompt and effective assistance.
• Client and Family Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients and their nominated family members or representatives.
• Support Clients: Offering general support to clients regarding their in-home living and medical alarm needs.

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
• Experience working in a Call Centre or similar service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using specialised software and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to shared success.
