**About the Role**

Join a dedicated team that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of individuals across diverse sectors. You'll provide essential support to a wide range of clients, including government-funded consumers, residents in retirement villages, community groups, private individuals living independently, and lone workers.

This role offers the opportunity to work flexible shifts as part of a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Emergency Response**: Coordinate with emergency services to ensure prompt and effective assistance.
- **Client and Family Communication**: Act as a key point of contact for clients and their nominated family members or representatives.
- **Support Clients**: Offering general support to clients regarding their in-home living and medical alarm needs.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Experience working in a Call Centre or similar service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using specialised software and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to shared success.
