As an eBusiness Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting with the onboarding of trading partners by scoping, implementing, testing, monitoring and supporting the electronic exchange of operational data between us and our partners.

Your duties will include collaborating with partners to facilitate initial scoping, understanding integration requirements and providing comprehensive support throughout the project, including mapping, transformation, testing and monitoring of partner integrations.

You will provide day-to-day support to employees and partners, including portal and CRM assistance, EDI/API troubleshooting, data entry, training and general application support.

You will also analyse, monitor and offer recommendations to ensure partners' compliance with established integration standards.

Designing test scenarios and completing user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders is another key responsibility.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with eBusiness stakeholders, including customers, agents, brokers and software partners to enable effective collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Developing and maintaining project documentation, integration specifications, user guides, policies and procedures is essential for success.

  • Proven experience in an Integration Analyst or support role, ideally within transport/logistics or a similar field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including internal/external customers, partners, project teams and technical or business subject matter experts.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on quality assurance, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
