Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Defence Reservists or Navy operations.

You will support the delivery of excellent customer service in a team environment, working under Ventia's National Clothing Store Services contract to deliver stock and kit solutions to all three Defence services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check and acquit stores under supervision
  • Pack stock and prepare it for despatch
  • Assist customers with kit issues
  • Inspect and accept returned items
Requirements
  • Defence background or Navy knowledge highly regarded
  • Experience in ERP systems, warehouse operations or customer service
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own transport
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and time management

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
