Facilities Management Professional

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional facilities services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience in coordination and/or facilities management roles. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating all maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities.
- Developing and executing the annual maintenance plan.
- Managing contractor relationships while ensuring all compliance standards are upheld.
- Addressing inquiries, requests, and any arising issues.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies.
