Customer Service Role

The Job Description

This role involves reporting to the Operations Centre Team Manager, with key performance indicators measuring adherence to first call resolution, compliance to safety, service obligations, and quality.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and deliver prompt, accurate, and timely customer service
  • Manage and prioritise all requests to the Helpdesk to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Liaise with service providers and Facilities Managers for clarification of technical issues
  • Update management systems to ensure timely rectification of building faults
  • Adhere to KPIs and report on service levels, escalating relevant issues to appropriate personnel/management
Requirements and Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong demonstrated experience working in a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation
  • Ability to interpret queries and assist appropriately
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, including good keyboard skills, speed, and accuracy
