Inpatient Mental Health Services Team Leader

As a team leader within our inpatient mental health services, you will oversee the management of a dynamic workforce comprising consumer peers.
This includes developing and implementing effective strategies for recruitment, orientation, and ongoing professional development. You will also provide reflective supervision to peer workers and collaborate closely with nurse unit managers to ensure seamless integration within the multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess lived experience of mental illness and recovery, as well as expertise in direct peer work with consumers and skills in mentoring and supervising others. Frequent travel across multiple sites is required, necessitating a full driving license.
