Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the evolution of our cloud-based contact centre platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging innovative technologies.

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 5 years of CCaaS product ownership or contact centre tech leadership experience with a strong focus on Genesys Cloud Solution.
  • Proven knowledge of contact centre operations, CRM integration, and omnichannel CX.
  • Strong expertise in AI automation, conversational IVR, speech analytics, and real-time insights.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • MS Dynamics 365 experience is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
