
Grounds Maintenance Specialist

This role is designed to provide exceptional cleaning services to government clients and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet client expectations
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively
We are looking for individuals with a background in cleaning who possess a passion for excellence. You should have:
- A positive attitude and commitment to punctuality and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work outside standard school hours (before 8am or after 3pm, Monday to Friday)
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- The ability to provide a NSW Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
While not essential, experience in the following areas is highly regarded:
- Window Cleaning
- Hard Floor Restoration: Resilient, ceramic tile, wood, and safety flooring
- Detailed Cleaning: Including amenities blocks, offices, and schools
- Specialized Equipment Operation: Scrubbers, sanders, and window ionisers
- Working from Heights: Knowledge of safe practices for elevated tasks
- Physical Fitness: This role is physically demanding
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate others
