About us

We are a Coffs Harbour based Company looking to employ an experienced landscape gardeners/groundsman on a full-time and part time basis. Our business has been caring for all aspects of grounds maintenance for commercial and corporate clients in the Coffs Coast area for the past 28 years.

Qualifications & experience

  • 2+ years' experience and skills in grounds maintenance and be competence in operating plant and equipment to a high standard, including brush cutting, zero turn mowers, hedging, pruning and weed control.
  • Certificate 2 or 3 in Horticulture (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in turf & garden maintenance
  • Motivated, reliable, honest, great work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • A team player & able to follow instructions
  • Good presentation, politeness & takes pride in their work
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outside in all weather
  • A manual driver's licence
  • White Card, Chemcert (or able to obtain), Police Check (or able to obtain)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General grounds maintenance, ensuring professional standard of work is maintained at all times;
  • Zero turn mowing, Atom edging, snipping, weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, hedging, blowing, litter collection, facility cleaning and weed control.
