Job Responsibilities

As a Care Companion, Registered Nurse, or Food Services Assistant, you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will work within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents across various accommodation options in one location.

Requirements

To be successful, you must align with our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. Demonstrate empathy and ability to provide excellent care for your customers by:

  • Exhibiting a customer-centric approach with passion for delivering real 'care'
  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
  • Having relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Disability, Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, and/or Food Handling Certificate
  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and current year's Influenza
