Job Description

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to utilise their exceptional drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills in managing precedents. You will work closely with highly respected partners and practice leads, focusing on the firm's Property & Development; Government, Planning & Environment practices.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing precedents, driving systems and procedures to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflows firm-wide. This is an integral role where you can make a real contribution and difference.

Requirements
  1. Solid experience as a practising Lawyer (min. 5 yrs) in Property matters;
  2. Ideally, previous experience in creating/reviewing/amending/updating precedents;
  3. Exceptional research/drafting/attention to detail;
  4. A self-starter with an approachable, informative, and consultative approach;
  5. Highly developed communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus;
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with tact and diplomacy.
