Customs Supervisor Role

This key leadership position involves overseeing customs entry processes for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role encompasses supervising a team of customs brokers and ensuring adherence to Australian Border Force and Department of Agriculture, Water and Environment regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and advanced computer proficiency, particularly in utilizing CargoWise software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to a range of clients
  • Supervising customs brokers
  • Executing necessary customs clearances, duty rates, refunds, and drawbacks
  • Complying with relevant Australian Border Force and Department of Agriculture, Water and Environment requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must have:

  • Accredited licensed customs broker certification
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in customs brokerage
  • Knowledge of classifications and quarantine entry procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
