Highly skilled Civil Drafter needed to join our team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual with excellent drafting skills and experience in the design and construction of civil projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-quality civil drawings, including plans, sections, and details using AutoCAD
  • Drafting road geometry, kerb and gutter, culverts, pits, utility alignments, and stormwater layouts in accordance with TfNSW and local council standards
  • Collaborating with engineers and design managers to interpret design intent and produce coordinated documentation
  • Applying and maintaining CAD standards across all deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with drawing registers, QA reviews, and document control
  • Participating in internal improvement of drafting processes

A strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices is essential. Experience working in a consulting environment is also highly desirable.
