Our Civil team specialises in the design of roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects.
This is a skilled, high performing team that works on a wide variety of projects in the Power, Water and Industrial, and Transport market - and provides civil expertise around stormwater drainage, earthworks and road/pavement design.
The opportunity
On the back of recent project wins and a strong pipeline of work, our established civil team is expanding and looking for aCivil Drafterto join our team.In this role you will be responsible for:-
Preparation of high-quality civil drawings including plans, long sections, cross sections, and construction details using AutoCAD
Draft road geometry, kerb and gutter, culverts, pits, utility alignments, and stormwater layouts in accordance with TfNSW and local council standards
Collaborate with engineers and design managers to interpret design intent and produce coordinated, constructable documentation
Apply and maintain CAD standards across all deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist with drawing registers, QA reviews, and document control
Participate in the internal improvement of drafting processes
You will be a technically qualified individual, with a strong track record in the successful delivery of design and construction of civil projects in a consulting environment.
