What is your role?
You'll play a hands-on role in the preparation of civil drawings and models, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of sustainable solutions - from stormwater systems, roadworks, infrastructure planning to public realm developments.
Working closely with engineers, architects, urban designers, and key stakeholders, you'll help deliver integrated outcomes that meet Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
Your day might involve everything from producing detailed drawings and 3D models to assisting with documentation, coordination, and occasional site-related support.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where innovation and attention to detail are encouraged, and your technical drafting expertise will help shape project outcomes and support the growth of our civil team.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in civil drafting or design within the Australian property and infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in design tools such asAutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or 12D.
A solid understanding of civil documentation, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
A diploma or relevant qualification in civil engineering or drafting.
