Job Description

This role is part of our Clinical Care Program, providing mental health services to individuals with complex and enduring mental illnesses.

As a Caseworker, you will provide coordinated clinical care for individuals with severe and complex mental illness, guiding their care and working as part of a team to liaise with local support services in the community.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, as well as family members or support people, to ensure clients can move forward on their recovery plan with the support they need.

This is a permanent role based in Tuggerah, with a requirement to travel and visit clients on the Central Coast. Flexible working arrangements are open to meeting the needs of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting clients within allocated timeframe to meet the Program's needs.
  • Liaising with clients and developing clinical recovery plans.
