Key responsibilities include:

  • Approaching potential donors in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Communicating the mission and goals of our partner charities with enthusiasm.
  • Building rapport and trust with potential donors to encourage contributions.
  • Providing information about various donation options and levels.
  • Handling objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of interactions and donations.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team fundraising goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for charitable causes, and the ability to work outdoors and walk door-to-door for extended periods. A positive attitude, strong resilience, and determination are also essential.

Above all, you must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to meeting fundraising targets and exceeding expectations.
